ViaTalenta announces the evolution of its structure following a generational transition marked by the passing of its matriarch and co-founder.

ViaTalenta Holdings has been established as the central governance and capital platform. In parallel, three of seven legacy entities, including ViaTalenta Group SA, ViaTalenta Advisory LLC ViaTalenta Foundation, have been formally placed into liquidation as part of a structured consolidation.
