What is ViaTalenta to you?
It is a gateway for talent that helps the world to be a better place. It supports people to develop their talents for the greater good and especially helps people who do not have a lot.

What is the best part of being in ViaTalenta?
Being part of unique conversations and learn from people who are subject matter experts and working to achieve their missions in different environments and places in the world.  It allows me to take a broader perspective that as a teenager I would not normally consider or be exposed to.  For example, I get to sit on Next Gen advisory boards in different organisations and ensure that our voices are heard and considered when making investments and launching initiatives.

What are your favourite parts of ViaTalenta?
Venture philanthropy is my favourite part of our portfolios.  It allows investors, and especially Next Gens, to participate in what we love the most: Sports, Education, Media and Technology.  The projects we jointly support allow undervalued and ignored areas in the investment world to come to the forefront and be recognised and included.  As you have a fixed return, it is also a low risk way of learning how to be a conscientious investor.

What would you do if you were in charge of the world?
I would create clear links between entities, an interdependent tree of organisations, that focus on Social Alpha as much as Financial Alpha. Education, Health Care & Wellbeing are critical parts of a well functioning society and they need to be priorised much more than they are today.
